Work Partner and Boss

I wanted to update, but I feel lazy! Actually I have a lot to say...

As those who don't know, during my semester break. I worked in Gusiness Anchor Berhad as a temporary staff. It was my first time working  in an office. It is basically like an everyday office work. So I am kinda new to it. Erm, the environment and atmosphere is completely different from the other jobs I have worked.

The structure of the organization is very casual. Not casual but semi-formally? Colleagues are able to work around freely and communicate freely without having to call through their extent number. I like this kind of structure and management. Employees and employers are able to communicate and help each other out if there are any difficulties. It a bit shocking for me because usually Big boss have their own rooms/offices. But in GAB, the bosses work desks are located in the same space as the employees. I mean of course their desks are bigger and not jointly together with the employee's desks. But it is in the same space.

Its very different from what I have in mind at the beginning. Workers have freedom to do their own task but there are also limitation to what tasks they are doing. Unlike a formal structure organization, there isn't much freedom given to employees in terms of communicating with colleagues and walking up and down, left and right. 

I have learnt a lot during my work at GAB. This experience could be really useful in the future. I mean I am not being nosy or something but hopefully it will be handy when I'm out working in the future. Since most probably will be working in office base work. :)

Oh, of course I have made many new friends. :')
